Glamdring – Sword of Gandalf
Glamdring, also known as "Foe-hammer", is the legendary sword wielded by Gandalf the Grey in The Lord of the Rings and The Hobbit. Forged in the ancient days by the Elves of Gondolin, Glamdring is a weapon of great craftsmanship, known for its elvish inscriptions, gleaming silver blade, and an elegantly curved crossguard. The sword was once wielded by a mighty Elven king before being lost for centuries, only to be rediscovered by Gandalf in the troll hoard alongside Sting and Orcrist.
Glamdring glows faintly when orcs are near, much like Sting, and is incredibly sharp and nearly indestructible, making it a powerful weapon against the forces of darkness. As Gandalf wields it in battle—from the Mines of Moria to the Fields of Pelennor—it becomes a symbol of his might and wisdom, proving that even a wizard can be a warrior.
Gimli’s Battle Axe – Gold Edition
Gimli’s Battle Axe is an iconic weapon used by the dwarven warrior Gimli, son of Glóin, throughout The Lord of the Rings. This heavy, double-headed axe is a symbol of dwarven craftsmanship, forged for both power and precision in battle. The axe features a sturdy wooden haft, reinforced with dwarven engravings and metallic fittings, allowing Gimli to wield it with both strength and agility.
In a gold edition, the axe is further adorned with intricate gold detailing, highlighting the ornate designs of Khazad-dûm (Moria) or Erebor (The Lonely Mountain). Such embellishments are a testament to dwarven pride and artistry, signifying the wealth and skill of their people. Despite its decorative nature, Gimli’s axe remains a brutal weapon, capable of cleaving through armor and enemies alike. Throughout his journey with the Fellowship of the Ring, Gimli’s battle axe becomes an extension of his unyielding spirit, making him a formidable warrior in the fight against Sauron’s forces.
